This page is a curated offering, born from my own journey. These are the tools, practitioners, and some resources that have helped me find clarity, shake off the burdens of expectation, and live a more aligned life. My mission is to help the world become more conscious and aware, activating the Heartdoor Collective through genuine connection.

This is my way of passing on the wisdom I’ve gained or experienced. To create the new, we must be open to a new collective, a collection of like minded people. Looking Radically at everything and seeing our part in everything. As none of us can do this alone and I don’t believe we were designed too. Start by helping ourselves and then others.
