The Blooming Self-Love Project Kit (WHITE)
This is more than a kit; it's a celebration of you.
This beautiful, two-layered flower is a tangible reminder to honor your own worth and to ground yourself in a space of joy, confidence, and appreciation.
Through a mindful process of journaling and creative art therapy, you will explore how you see yourself, and with each petal, you'll create a lasting symbol of self-love. This hands-on journey is designed to help you redefine and reshape a more aware and loving recognition of who you are. The final piece is a beautiful expression of self-acceptance and a testament to your own journey of self-appreciation.
From The Maia Kit:
Three sheets of stencils (Outer Petals, Inner Petals, and three circles)
Dowel, Craft string
and Instructions Manual. (9 pages)
What You'll Need at Home:
Craft glue (like a UHU glue stick)
Scissors
Pencil, gel pens, or markers to write on your petals
Watercolour/acrylic paints and a brush
Something round to curl the petals (like a pencil or metal straw)
